Foreign Exchange Rates:

Please note that our prices are set in USD. This is in place to facilitate credit/debit card transactions with our Third-party payment provider.

We accept GYD currency for local payment methods (Cash on delivery, Online Bank Transfers) however. To ensure a seamless transaction, we convert USD to GYD at a fixed rate of GY$210.00 to US$1.00.

For purchases made within Guyana, you will receive a GYD total in your confirmation email.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers without access to online banking or credit card facilities we accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. At the time of delivery, Customers must pay cash, in full, for their order. Our delivery team will be able to provide change if the need arises. Once this method of payment is selected orders will be processed and shipped automatically within the prescribed processing time.

This option is only available for customers purchasing in Guyana and purchasing an item for themselves. That is to say, COD is not available as a payment option for customers located outside of Guyana sending a shipment to someone in Guyana or customers sending a product to a friend/family as a gift. COD must only be selected in checkout if you are the recipient. 

**Checks and foreign currencies will not be accepted

 

To make things easier for you we now accept payments via mmg+. Once you have an mmg+ account all you have to do is transfer the total amount of your order to our merchant account and you'll be all set! We'll confirm via phone/Whatsapp that we've received your payment as well.

Visa/Mastercard/Amex/PayPal etc.

To make life as easy as possible, especially for Guyanese in the Diaspora, we have worked tirelessly to provide payment options that are available globally. With that in mind Playdategy accepts Visa/Amex/Diner’s Club/JCB and PayPal.

Our Third-Party Payment provider uses its own checks and balances to analyze payment attempts. If a payment is deemed suspicious the payment will be placed on hold until the payment provider can authenticate the transaction.

This form of payment is available to all customers with valid credit cards or PayPal accounts.
